You may need to repeat the selection after clearing cookies or using a new browser or device.

11. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Where required by applicable law, we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal or similar legally valid opt-out preference signal as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser or device transmitting the signal.

Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not currently interpreted consistently across the industry. Unless a particular signal is legally recognized as an opt-out request, the Service may not respond to it.

12. Data Retention

We retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining business and transaction records, complying with law, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing agreements.

  • Order and payment records may be retained for the period required by tax, accounting, and commercial law.

  • Account information may be retained while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward.

  • Customer-support records may be retained as needed to resolve issues and document the resolution.

  • Marketing information may be retained until you unsubscribe, after which limited information may be retained on a suppression list to honor the opt-out.

  • Cookie and advertising information may be retained according to the duration disclosed in our cookie-preference tool or by the applicable provider.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it, subject to technical limitations and legal requirements.
